User Data Deletion Instructions

Lemon Labs provides WhatsApp automation services for business customers.

If you want to request deletion of your personal data associated with a WhatsApp conversation handled by Lemon Labs, please email us at admin@lemonlabs.mx with the phone number used in the WhatsApp conversation and the business you contacted.

After receiving your request, we will verify it and delete or anonymize the related contact, conversation, and message records from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

What gets deleted

• Contact records (name, phone number, profile metadata)
• Message history exchanged with the partner business
• Conversation state and any session-derived data

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal subset of records when retention is required by law, to comply with audit obligations, or to defend against legal claims. In those cases, we hold only what is strictly necessary and for no longer than required.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@lemonlabs.mx from any address you control.
2. Include the phone number used on WhatsApp and the partner business name.
3. We will reply within 5 business days with confirmation, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
