Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You.
- Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages and other diagnostic data.
Contact Form Data
When You send Us a message with the contact form, We store what You write in it: Your name, email address, company, what You need, Your timeline, the subject and the message.
We also store the page You sent it from, the website that sent You to Us (the referrer) and any UTM campaign tags in the link You followed. We use this data to reply to You and to learn which pages bring Us messages.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
Our website analytics (PostHog) does not use cookies. It keeps its data in memory while a page is open, and starts again on every page load. To know which link brought You to Us, the website keeps the referrer and any UTM tags in Your browser tab's session storage until You close the tab. The booking popup is run by Calendly. It loads only when You point at, focus or click a booking button, and Calendly may set its own cookies.
Use of Your Personal Data
We use Your Personal Data to run and maintain the Service, to reply to You, to carry out a contract with You, and to manage Your requests. We also count which pages bring Us messages. If the business is sold or merged, Your data may transfer with it.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can ask Us for a copy of the data We hold about You, ask Us to correct it, or ask Us to delete it. Write to contact@lemonlabs.mx from the email address You used, and tell Us what You want. To delete data from a WhatsApp conversation We handled, see our Data Deletion page.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
